Epiphany ELearning, LLC was established as a legal entity in August of 2011 in the State of Arizona.
CEO and Co-Owner Connie Kozak, Ed.D. brings over 15 years of experience in instructional systems design and training program management. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in Multimedia Writing and Technical Communication, a Master’s of Science (MS) degree in Educational Technology, and a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Systems Technology and Learning Sciences, which provide a firm basis for designing training while considering how we learn within an electronic environment. She worked for the US Department of Defense (Army, Air Force, and Security Service) for over 14 years as a senior instructional designer and Training Branch Chief.
COO and Co-Owner, Anthony C Phelan, Ed.D. brings over 30 years of experience in workplace instructional systems and training program management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, a Master’s in International and Comparative Education, and a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. He was VP of two small high-tech companies providing for airline ground pilot training and military aviation training systems. Whilst, providing a firm structural basis in designing for complex training systems in consideration of how one learns within an electronic environment.
